Terms and Conditions


1. Acceptance of Terms  

By using our remote assistant services, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our services are delivered according to the scope of work agreed upon during the initial contract phase. Any modifications or additional requests will require renegotiation and may incur extra charges.

2. Service Delivery 

All services are performed remotely, using the communication channels and tools outlined in the service agreement (e.g., email, chat, or call). We are committed to delivering services on time; however, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to third-party software or hardware issues, client unresponsiveness, or network disruptions.

3. Client Responsibilities  

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, access, and feedback to ensure the seamless delivery of services. Any delays from the client’s side, such as failure to provide timely feedback or access, will not result in an extension of the payment schedule or deadlines.

4. Service Adjustments 

Any requests outside the initially agreed scope of work will not be accommodated unless a new agreement is reached. Service expansions or changes may affect both pricing and delivery time.

5. Payment Terms 

Payments are to be made according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement. Non-payment or late payment may result in suspension of services, and the client may be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to this interruption.

6. Finality of Service  

All services provided are final and non-transferable. Clients cannot transfer or resell our services to any other party unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
